Client names appear here only with written permission. The engagements below are described by their shape, not by the people in them.

Represent2026

A Brazilian knife manufacturer entering the U.S. market

Artisanal production, wholesale only, a quarter of a million pieces sold at home and no American presence. We modeled landed cost before quoting anything: fixed per-shipment costs add 57.7% over FOB on entry-level pieces and 41.8% on premium ones, because those costs dilute badly across cheap goods. That single number decided the strategy — the entry mix has to lead with mid and premium, not with the cheapest item in the catalogue.

Operate2026

The business side of an American touring act

A working band with a real audience and no commercial structure behind it. The engagement covers the side that musicians should not have to run: booking infrastructure, the materials buyers ask for, and a monthly account of what came in against what went out.

Two engagements are running and neither has released its name yet. What can be said about them is above.
