What we do

Trade

We buy, import and sell on our own account.

Representation has a ceiling: a commission is a share of someone else's margin. Buying outright removes the ceiling and moves the risk to us — which is usually the moment a supplier starts taking the American market seriously.

When it fits

  • The supplier would rather sell a container than manage a market.
  • Volume is predictable enough to hold inventory against.
  • The product carries enough margin to survive landed cost.

How the deal works

Purchase
We buy at an agreed price and take title. The supplier is paid on shipment.
Pricing
Resale price is ours to set, against real landed cost — duty, freight, clearance, storage and the per-shipment fixed costs that punish cheap goods.
Progression
Usually a second phase after Represent, once the market has proven it absorbs the product.
